Wait Staff & Additional Services
Level 1 Delivery
We will drop off your food in aluminum pans, wire racks, and provide you with sturdy white plastic plates and utensils. No chafing dishes are included. Charge is $10.00 per wire rack used, $30.00 delivery fee, + $0.50 per mile.
Level 2 Delivery/Pickup
Setup, Equipment Rental, and Pickup- We will leave our silver chafing dishes for you to use and will return following the event to clean up and pick up equipment. Disposable plates & silverware, as well as all necessary serving disposable utensils, & table covers (upon request). Charge is $75.00 for delivery and rental of equipment + $0.50 per mile on delivery and pickup of equipment.
Level 3 Full Service
$30 per hour per Wait Staff Member (minimum 5 hours). Not only will we set up, but we will leave a server to replenish the buffet, clear plates, and clean up. We will also provide all the equipment! (Level 3 Service needed for plated dinner banquets)
On-Site Chef-$40.00 per hour, Minimum 4 hours ($160.00)
Wait Staff Service-$150.00 per Server (minimum 5 hours)

Suggested Staff Gratuity- 18% provided by customer
